Do I need a doctor's prescription?
For oxygen concentrators, BiPAP, CPAP and ventilators, yes. For beds, wheelchairs, mattresses and monitors, no prescription is needed.
How fast can you deliver?
Most equipment is delivered and installed within 4–6 hours in Mumbai. Urgent oxygen and ICU setups are prioritised, including at night.
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Yes. Every item is cleaned, disinfected and tested after each use. Masks, tubing and other single-use parts are always new.
Can I extend or return early?
Yes. Extend on WhatsApp any time. If you return early, you pay only for the days used, as per the daily or weekly rate.
Can I buy instead of renting?
Yes. Most items are available new for purchase with warranty. If you rent first and decide to buy, part of the rent can be adjusted.
